T Shirt - Comme Des Garcons | Trousers - Marks & Spencer | Trainers - Nike
It doesn't get much more minimal than black trousers and a white t shirt. I've been gradually getting a little braver and have started venturing out of the house wearing pieces from my rapidly growing collection of wide leg trousers - sheer madness. These ones from Marks & Spencer are potentially my favourites of the lot. They're actually from their recent collaboration with Vogue and are made of a thick, heavy fabric that makes the quality feel far better than some of the others that I've tried from the high street.
I think trousers like this look best paired with something simple, for me they make enough of a statement all by themselves. Another section of my wardrobe that's growing rapidly is my t-shirt collection - and CDG tees in particular. They're one of those investment pieces that I think is well worth it, even for something as basic as a white tee. I have three variations now and they're by far the most comfortable, well-wearing tops that I own.
