An Ode To Dipbrow Pomade
Anastasia Dipbrow Pomade is one of the very few products that I can honestly say I'd be lost without. Naturally I don't have the best brows; in fact years of messing around with them has left me with a set that are forever misbehaving and almost impossible to get looking the same. One is far more angled than the other and I'm currently sporting a painfully striking sparse patch on my right brow, the likes of which came about after a slightly over enthusiastic turn with a set of nail scissors (not recommended). Dipbrow is the only brow product in my collection that truly allows me to iron out any mistakes, adding fullness and definition whilst still allowing me to use as heavy or light a hand as needed for my desired finish.
I initially picked up Dark Brown a few months before Anastasia made the decision to bring out a wider selection of shades. While I can get it to work when applied with a super light hand, I do find Medium Brown to be a better match. I apply both with an EcoTools angled brush, picked up as part of this mini set. There are plenty of angled brushes on the market and while I can't claim it to be the best, I do find that the short handle allows a little more control and leaves me with a more precise finish than many of the others I've tried.
