My Current Nail Polish Picks

(From L-R) OPI 'Call Me Gwen-ever' |  Barry M Gelly 'Lychee' | Revlon 'Minted' | Nails Inc 'Hobart Place' | KIKO 'Electric Blue'

OPI 'Call Me Gwen-ever' - whilst I love red polish on other people I tend to steer clear of it myself. Blue and pink toned reds just don't seem to suit me at all, but this sits pretty on my nails due to its orange undertones. A perfectly understated reddish hue, this is one of my all time favourites for S/S and its one of the very few shades that I just keep on re-applying!

Barry M 'Lychee' - I've written a full review of this here and my love for the shade doesn't seem to be fading any time soon. A stunning beige nude, this compliments my skin perfectly and I have an inkling that it will look even better with a tan (a girl can dream!) I can't rave about the Gelly formula enough and definitely think you should give them a go if you haven't already.

Revlon 'Minted' - this beautiful mint number featured in my monthly favourites and I always get so many compliments when I'm wearing it. It reminds me a lot of Essie's cult 'Mint Candy Apple' but is slightly more pastel on the nails. Check out the shade 'Eclectic' from the same range too!

Nails Inc 'Hobart Place' - I'm a huge fan of Nails Inc and this soft orange creme is one of my favourites. Before this I would never have looked twice at an orange shade but it suits my nails like a dream and the lasting time is truly outstanding, too. I've only got 4 Nails Inc options in my collection but I can't wait to get my mitts on some more.

KIKO 'Electric Blue' - I've been searching for the perfect bold blue shade for ages and my mum came up trumps with this one! The Milan-based cosmetics company have some stunning shades in their collection and this is the perfect dupe for Nails Inc's 'Baker Street' - a polish that's fast becoming a blogger favourite. I don't know how much use I'll get out of this shade as it's a little more eye catching than the colours I usually go for, but I like it nonetheless and have enjoyed giving it a go so far!
